Mussels from Afjord, Liquor boils the green mouth, divided into large and small portions, large portions can be used as main dishes, small portions are appetizers, because the green mouth is too fat, absorbs the soup, and then drink the white wine one mouth, the grape and honey taste is really delicious, and there is meat in each. There are not a few empty shells to a blue mouth. Whale, whale chops, Norwegian specialties, fat whales, the meat is very hard and woody, not tasty at all. Catch of the day, is fresh fish, salmon, the meat is very slippery and tough, praise Creamed Fishsoup, Norwegian cream fish soup, and Norwegian specialties, salmon is too big, cooked salmon is very heavy, they do not know how to use ginger to remove the fishy smell, this is a bit inferior.
